Owner’s rates

Petit Guémené Gîte is available to rent on a weekly basis or by agreement with the owner. The rates below are exclusive to this site and require an additional refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per booking.

Spring shoulder season (31 March to 15 June)
75 EUR per night (525 EUR per week)

High season (16 June to 28 September)
85 EUR per night (595 EUR per week)

Autumn shoulder season (28 September to 16 November)
75 EUR per night (525 EUR per week)

Cottage closed from mid November to 31 March, unless by prior arrangement.

The listed rates include all bed linens and towels (except beach towels) as well as a cleaning service on your departure. Guests are asked to leave the cottage in a respectful, clean, and orderly fashion. Any unreasonable cleaning required may result in a charge against the guest damage deposit.
